5 things I am passionate about!

Hi everyone! Hope you are going well amidst this uncertain times. Like many of you I have started utilising my time on passion projects I wanted to work on or skills that I wanted to learn. One of y passion project was to create my own website, which I have been putting off since November last year. Now that finally I have some time in spare, I wanted to work on it and have made a promise to myself to publish it before my 27th birthday on July 21st 2020.
So on my first blog I have decided to write about things I am really passionate about.
Here it goes.
1. I LOVE EMPOWERING WOMEN:
I truely believe women hold the power to change the world, to make this world a better place. Women are strong, caring, kind and mother in nature. And as women we have to believe this as true like the quote of Napoleon Bonaparte,"Give me good mothers and I shall give you a great nation!"
2. I LOVE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE:
There is no doubt a regular routine and a healthy diet can make big changes in your life. Although at times I can be quite lazy, I do try to wake up at the same time everyday, go for a shower, eat, exercise at the same time everyday and have a balanced healthy diet.
3. I LOVE TO DO YOGA AND MEDITATION:
This has been an absolute game changer for me. I started doing regular meditation and yoga early last year and I have definitely noticed the benefit on my health, mood and overall wellbeing. I always try to do a quick 5-10 minute yoga after my morning prayer and 10-20 minute meditation (mindful breathing, relaxation, mantra) in the evening. I have also noticed when I skip some days I do feel different- a bad different haha.
4. I ENJOY A REGULAR EXERCISE:
Whether it's a walk in nature, riding a bike or doing a quick 20 minute work out, regular exercise has totally changed my life! I instantly feel good after my workout. It's like a quick dopamine dose, but a natural one haha. I highly encourage my family and friends and of course my other half always to exercise because I want everyone to enjoy its benefits, which will ultimately help in creating a healthy lifestyle. Because when you exercise you feel good, and when you feel good you can do anything and accomplish everything! Yay!
5. I AM PASSIONATE ABOUT FASHION:
Ever since I was a child, I was obsessed with fashion, I even had a scrap book in which I used to cut out pieces of latest clothing, jewellery, makeup, accessories trend from newspaper or magazines. I even used to be obsessed with all the miss universe and miss world shows and only used to look forward to their evening gown walks which was most favourite part.
It has been such an integral part of me. I still being too stylish for my age and in my teenage years everyone in my coaching used to know me well because of the trademark overhanging belts I used to wear on top of my jeans.
Well here are the top 5 things I am extremely passionate about, right now. This list might or might not change in future. But I hope you enjoyed reading it.
